Les gustar\u00e1 a los mayores, y tambi\u00e9n a los ni\u00f1os, gracias a ese cremoso contraste de sabores que estar\u00e1 presente en cada bocado. As\u00ed que, papel y l\u00e1piz y\u2026 a apuntar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7200 gr. de pasta fresca<\/p>\n<p>\u00b72 lonchas de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/p>\n<p>\u00b78 champi\u00f1ones<\/p>\n<p>\u00b71 cebolleta<\/p>\n<p>\u00b71 diente de ajo<\/p>\n<p>\u00b78 cucharadas de nata<\/p>\n<p>\u00b74 cucharadas de salsa de tomate<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Aceite de oliva, sal y perejil<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>La preparaci\u00f3n del plato con el picado del ajo y la cebolleta en finas porciones, antes de poner todo a pochar en la sart\u00e9n. Cuando el preparado empiece a adquirir una tonalidad dorada, habr\u00e1 que a\u00f1adir el <a title=\"Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/a>\u00a0cortado en dados y saltearlos.<\/p>\n<p>Previamente a todo esto, se habr\u00e1n limpiado los champi\u00f1ones retir\u00e1ndoles el tallo y pas\u00e1ndolos por debajo del grifo de agua fr\u00eda. Seguidamente, habr\u00e1 que filetearlos en finas lonchas y a\u00f1adirlos a la sart\u00e9n, en la que se cocinar\u00e1n durante tres minutos. Pasado este tiempo, es el momento de incorporar la nata y la salsa de tomate para cocinarlo durante un par de minutos antes de retirar la sart\u00e9n del fuego.<\/p>\n<p>Con respecto a la pasta, se pondr\u00e1 a cocer, con un poco de sal, durante 3 minutos. Por \u00faltimo, se escurrir\u00e1 la pasta, se repartir\u00e1 por los platos con el a\u00f1adido de la salsa.
