Las <strong>alcachofas con jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/strong> y una base de salmorejo es una receta muy sencilla y que nuestro cuerpo agradecer\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h4>Alcachofas con jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico y salmorejo<\/h4>\n<h5>Ingredientes:<\/h5>\n<p>\u2013 12 alcachofas.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0150 gramos de Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Aceite de oliva virgen.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Sal y pimienta.<\/p>\n<h5>Ingredientes salmorejo:<\/h5>\n<p>\u2013 1 kg de tomates maduros.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 1 rebanada de pan duro.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013Aceite de oliva virgen, sal y un diente de ajo.<\/p>\n<h5>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h5>\n<p>Lo primero ser\u00e1 <strong>quitar las hojas duras de las alcachofas<\/strong> y dejar los corazones. Pelaremos los rabos. Una vez las tengamos listas las partiremos por la mitad. Las pondremos en una cacerola con sal y las <strong>coceremos<\/strong> durante 10 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Para hacer el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\/salmorejo-jamon-iberico-huevo\/\"><strong>salmorejo<\/strong><\/a> trocearemos y pelaremos los tomates. Los pondremos en un recipiente y le a\u00f1adiremos el pan troceado, el aceite, el ajo y la sal. Lo batiremos todo hasta obtener una mezcla homog\u00e9nea. Lo reservaremos y lo pondremos a enfriar durante unos minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez cocidas las <strong>alcachofas y escurridas<\/strong>, pondremos una <strong>sart\u00e9n con aceite de oliva<\/strong> y las iremos friendo poco a poco. Una vez fritas, las pondremos sobre un papel secante para quitarles el exceso de aceite.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n pueden elaborarse <strong>a la plancha o al horno directamente<\/strong>. Solo tendremos que colocarlas en la bandeja del horno o sobre la parrilla y aderezarlas con un poco de aceite. El objetivo es que se doren as\u00ed que tan solo las dejaremos unos minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Cogeremos una fuente y le pondremos una <strong>base del salmorejo<\/strong> que hemos elaborado previamente. Luego iremos colocando las alcachofas.
