Es un cl\u00e1sico que no falla, <strong>guisantes con jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes:<\/h4>\n<p>\u2013\u00a01 kilo de guisantes frescos (al sacarlos de las vainas se quedar\u00e1n en unos 500 gramos).<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 90\u00a0gramos de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a02 cebolletas o en su defecto 1 cebolla.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 1 manojo de ajetes tiernos.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Aceite de Oliva Virgen.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Sal y pimienta.<\/p>\n<h4>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n<p>Tendremos <strong>listos y preparados los guisantes<\/strong> en un bol. Previamente los habremos sacado de las vainas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pelar y\u00a0cortar\u00a0<\/strong>de manera muy\u00a0finita las <strong>cebolletas<\/strong>. Limpiar los <strong>ajetes<\/strong> y cortarlos.<\/p>\n<p>Poner una <strong>sart\u00e9n con aceite<\/strong> a calentar. Una vez est\u00e9 caliente, <strong>a\u00f1adir las cebolletas y los ajetes<\/strong> y sofre\u00edr hasta que se doren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Incorporar los guisantes<\/strong>, salpimentamos al gusto y\u00a0los saltearemos durante unos minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez los tengamos en su punto, serviremos cada <strong>raci\u00f3n en un plato<\/strong> y le colocaremos por encima a modo decoraci\u00f3n unas lonchas de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\">jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A este plato se le puede a\u00f1adir si se desea, un huevo frito por encima o incluso acompa\u00f1arlo de unas patatas fritas cortadas en\u00a0dados.
