{"id":5241,"date":"2016-08-05T10:22:43","date_gmt":"2016-08-05T08:22:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\/?p=5241"},"modified":"2016-08-05T10:22:43","modified_gmt":"2016-08-05T08:22:43","slug":"podium-del-jamon-una-mesa-muy-jamonera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.jamonlovers.es\/?p=5241","title":{"rendered":"P\u00f3dium del Jam\u00f3n, una mesa muy jamonera"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy os presentamos un <strong>nuevo concepto de mesa jamonera<\/strong> que, hemos conocido esta ma\u00f1ana, de la mano de <strong>Jes\u00fas Serrano<\/strong> (Maestro Cortador de la Escuela Internacional de Cortadores de Jam\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p>Hace tiempo, Jes\u00fas, lleva trabajando y especializ\u00e1ndose en el <strong>an\u00e1lisis sensorial del jam\u00f3n<\/strong>. Uno de los proyectos que quer\u00eda desarrollar en esta l\u00ednea, era crear un nueva idea de mesa jamonera que, otorgara <strong>todo el protagonismo<\/strong>, a la pieza de <strong>jam\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Hace unos meses, se puso en contacto con el arquitecto <strong>Javier Vicioso<\/strong> y le traslad\u00f3 su inquietud y su <strong>principal objetivo<\/strong>; Quer\u00eda una mesa donde poder cortar de forma adecuada y que, el <strong>jam\u00f3n fuese lo \u00fanico que destacase<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Javier se puso manos a la obra y bas\u00e1ndose en los principios de la <strong>geometr\u00eda<\/strong>, desarroll\u00f3 una idea que cumpl\u00eda con las necesidades planteadas por el propio Jes\u00fas.<\/p>\n<p>Javier buscaba que la mesa tuviera la <strong>estabilidad y rigidez necesaria<\/strong>, para poder llevar a cabo el corte de una pieza de jam\u00f3n con seguridad. Buscaba una idea sencilla y a la vez atractiva.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/podium-del-jamon-mesa-jamonera-trasera.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-5242 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/podium-del-jamon-mesa-jamonera-trasera-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"P\u00f3dium del Jam\u00f3n, parte trasera\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>Uno de los principales problemas que Jes\u00fas se encontraba, es que normalmente el <strong>tama\u00f1o de las mesas para cortar jam\u00f3n<\/strong>, no permite que la pieza destaque. El resultado final es este <strong>p\u00f3dium del jam\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En su <strong>parte trasera<\/strong>, oculta al p\u00fablico, incorpora adem\u00e1s, unos compartimentos para el que, el <strong>cortador<\/strong> pueda depositar todos sus <strong>cuchillos o herramientas<\/strong> necesarias para la limpieza y el corte de la pieza. Incluso puede emplearse, para colocar los <strong>desperdicios o partes sobrantes<\/strong> del tocino y corteza, sin que estas, sean visibles, y as\u00ed, permitir que la <strong>pieza de jam\u00f3n destaque<\/strong> al m\u00e1ximo.<\/p>\n<p>Esta mesa <strong>no est\u00e1 disponible a la venta<\/strong>, se ha creado, como una parte del proyecto sobre el <strong>an\u00e1lisis sensorial<\/strong>, en el que est\u00e1n trabajando.<\/p>\n<p>Jes\u00fas nos ha trasladado su <strong>satisfacci\u00f3n<\/strong> por el resultado de esta <strong>mesa jamonera<\/strong>, que aporta, desde su punto de vista, <strong>otro enfoque en el corte del jam\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy os presentamos un nuevo concepto de mesa jamonera que, hemos conocido esta ma\u00f1ana, de la mano de Jes\u00fas Serrano (Maestro Cortador de la Escuela Internacional de Cortadores de Jam\u00f3n).
