La <strong>merluza<\/strong> puedes hacerla a la brasa, al horno o como m\u00e1s te guste.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes:<\/h4>\n<p>\u2013 1 merluza mediana.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Esp\u00e1rragos trigueros ( 1 manojo).<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 150 gramos\u00a0guisantes.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 150 gramos\u00a0jud\u00edas verdes.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 100\u00a0gramos de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Aceite de Oliva Virgen.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Ajo.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Sal y pimienta.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Cebollino.<\/p>\n<h4>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n<p>Limpia los <strong>esp\u00e1rragos trigueros<\/strong> y las <strong>jud\u00edas verdes<\/strong> y troc\u00e9alos a tu gusto. En una sart\u00e9n, a\u00f1ade un chorrito de aceite y un par de dientes de ajo y <strong>sofr\u00ede las verduras lentamente<\/strong>, durante unos 10 o 12 minutos. \u00a0Salpimentar al gusto.<\/p>\n<p>Sazona la<strong> merluza<\/strong> (puedes hacerla entera o en trozos) y roc\u00edala con algo\u00a0de aceite de oliva.\u00a0Col\u00f3cala en la <strong>parrilla<\/strong> y dale la vuelta para que se haga por los <strong>dos lados<\/strong>. No es conveniente tenerla mucho tiempo a la brasa para que no se pase y pierda parte de sus caracter\u00edsticas. Si no dispones de barbacoa, puedes <strong>asar la merluza en el horno<\/strong> de la misma manera, o incluso hacerla en una sart\u00e9n o plancha.<\/p>\n<p>Coloca las <strong>verduras de base en el plato<\/strong>, a\u00f1ade una porci\u00f3n\u00a0de<strong> merluza<\/strong>, distribuye\u00a0unas lonchas de <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\">jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/a><\/strong> y si lo deseas puedes a\u00f1adirle un poquito de cebollino cortado muy finito y un chorrito de aceite de oliva virgen.<\/p>\n<p>Listo para disfrutar, \u00a1buen provecho!.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfTe has quedado con hambre?
