{"id":4311,"date":"2016-04-20T21:04:03","date_gmt":"2016-04-20T19:04:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\/?p=4311"},"modified":"2016-04-20T21:04:03","modified_gmt":"2016-04-20T19:04:03","slug":"pizza-de-jamon-iberico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.jamonlovers.es\/?p=4311","title":{"rendered":"Pizza de Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Una pizza es siempre es una buena opci\u00f3n para compartir entre amigos y familia, hoy os proponemos una pizza muy ib\u00e9rica, que os sorprender\u00e1 por su mezcla de sabores.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes para la masa:<\/h4>\n<p>\u2013 2 vasos grandes de agua.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 300 gramos de harina.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Media cucharadita de sal.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 20 gramos de levadura fresca o 1 sobre de levadura seca.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 3 cucharaditas de Aceite de Oliva Virgen.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes para el relleno:<\/h4>\n<p>\u2013 Un par de tomates.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 100 gramos de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\">Jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Un par de pu\u00f1ados de r\u00facula.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 50 gramos de queso parmesano en lascas.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 1 chorrito de aceite de oliva virgen.<\/p>\n<h4>Elaboraci\u00f3n masa:<\/h4>\n<p>Para hace la <strong>masa<\/strong> primero cogeremos un bol y mezclaremos la<strong> harina, la levadura y la sal<\/strong>. Haremos un hueco en el centro de la mezcla y <strong>a\u00f1adiremos el agua<\/strong> (si est\u00e1 templada mejor, a unos 37 grados). Luego incorporaremos el <strong>aceite de oliva<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Removeremos<\/strong> la mezcla con un tenedor hasta que la masa quede lisa y no se pegue a las paredes del bol. Una vez tengamos esa <strong>textura en la masa<\/strong>, echaremos algo de harina en una mesa y colocaremos la masa.<\/p>\n<p>Procederemos con el <strong>amasado<\/strong> hasta que consigamos una textura el\u00e1stica. El amasado consiste en <strong>aplastar y estirar<\/strong> la masa a base de doblar la masa y presionar con ambas manos. Habr\u00e1 que ir espolvoreando de vez en cuando, peque\u00f1as cantidades de<strong> harina<\/strong> en la masa y en nuestras manos, para que no se nos <strong>pegue<\/strong>. Si echamos mucha cantidad de harina en este proceso, la masa puede endurecerse demasiado. Repetiremos el proceso durante unos <strong>cinco minutos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Para que la masa quede el\u00e1stica, haremos el <strong>refinado<\/strong> de la misma ayud\u00e1ndonos de nuestras manos. Aplastaremos, alargaremos y estiraremos la masa una y otra vez. Podemos usar los pu\u00f1os para unir los extremos de la masa y fusionarla mejor. Este proceso lo repetiremos durante unos <strong>5-10 minutos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez la veamos lista, pasaremos la masa a otro recipiente y la cubriremos con un <strong>film transparente<\/strong> o con un trapo limpio y la dejaremos <strong>fermentar<\/strong> durante unos <strong>40 minutos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez fermentada, sacamos la masa y la colocamos sobre una mesa con algo de harina. Con nuestros pu\u00f1os la <strong>aplastaremos<\/strong> para <strong>eliminar el exceso de gas<\/strong> formado en el interior. Cortamos la masa por la mitad y con ayuda del <strong>rodillo<\/strong> estiraremos cada porci\u00f3n hasta que quede fina.<\/p>\n<p>Cogeremos una bandeja de horno, colocaremos un papel vegetal y luego encima la masa. Ahora procederemos a rellenarla.<\/p>\n<h4>Elaboraci\u00f3n relleno:<\/h4>\n<p>Partiremos los <strong>tomates<\/strong> en l\u00e1minas o trocitos, seg\u00fan nos apetezca. Pondremos por encima algo de <strong>r\u00facula<\/strong> al gusto y luego las lonchas de <strong>jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/strong>. Finalmente colocaremos las lascas de <strong>parmesano<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Regaremos todo, con un chorrito de <strong>aceite de oliva virgen<\/strong>.
