{"id":4244,"date":"2016-03-29T10:05:40","date_gmt":"2016-03-29T08:05:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\/?p=4244"},"modified":"2016-03-29T10:05:40","modified_gmt":"2016-03-29T08:05:40","slug":"bocados-de-jamon-iberico-con-rucula-y-pinones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.jamonlovers.es\/?p=4244","title":{"rendered":"Bocados de Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico con r\u00facula y pi\u00f1ones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tras las torrijas, paellas, guisos, ca\u00f1as, vinos&#8230; y todos los excesos que conllevan las vacaciones de <strong>Semana Santa<\/strong>, hoy os proponemos un entrante ligero, sencillo de preparar y muy sabroso.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes:<\/h4>\n<p>\u2013 200 gramos de r\u00facula.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 150 gramos de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Pi\u00f1ones.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 100 gramos de queso parmesano en lascas.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Vinagre de M\u00f3dena.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Aceite de oliva virgen.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Salsa de Soja.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Pimienta negra y sal.<\/p>\n<h4>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n<p>Cogemos una <strong>sart\u00e9n sin aceite<\/strong> y la calentamos. Una vez caliente <strong>a\u00f1adimos los pi\u00f1ones<\/strong>, los tostamos y los reservamos para que se enfr\u00eden.<\/p>\n<p>Para hacer el <strong>ali\u00f1o cogeremos un bol<\/strong> y a\u00f1adiremos: 2 cucharadas de vinagre de M\u00f3dena, 1 cucharada de soja y 6 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen. Recomendamos mezclarlo bien para que emulsione.<\/p>\n<p>En un bol a parte, colocaremos la <strong>r\u00facula<\/strong> y le a\u00f1adiremos parte de la <strong>vinagreta<\/strong> que acabamos de hacer.<\/p>\n<p>Cogeremos una loncha de <strong>jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/strong>, y sobre ella pondremos un <strong>montoncito de r\u00facula ali\u00f1ada<\/strong> y encima, unas lascas de<strong> parmesano<\/strong>.
