Tambi\u00e9n es conocido como <strong>Broccolini o Tenderstem<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Esta verdura es<strong> 100% comestible<\/strong>, desde el tallo al florete. Se parece al <strong>br\u00f3coli<\/strong> por su florete, pero tiene un tallo largo y delgado, con un sabor que nos recuerda a los <strong>esp\u00e1rragos verdes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>Bimi<\/strong>\u00a0es rico\u00a0en<strong>\u00a0vitaminas y sales minerales<\/strong>. Contiene 10 sustancias nutritivas que son beneficiosas para la salud. Tiene m\u00e1s <strong>zinc, \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico, antioxidantes y vitamina C<\/strong> en conjunto, que los esp\u00e1rragos, el br\u00f3coli, la col rizada y las espinacas.<\/p>\n<p>El Bimi\u00a0se puede <strong>cocinar a la plancha, cocido, cocinado al vapor<\/strong> o incluso comerse <strong>crudo<\/strong>.\u00a0De hecho crudo fue como lo prob\u00e9 yo, y he de decir que me gust\u00f3 mucho.<\/p>\n<p>Se puede elaborar\u00a0cualquier receta\u00a0que se te ocurra con el Bimi:\u00a0<strong>Crudit\u00e9 <\/strong>de Bimi,\u00a0<strong>Tempura <\/strong>de Bimi,\u00a0Bimi<strong> con\u00a0pasta<\/strong>\u00a0o\u00a0Bimi<strong> al wok<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy me he lanzado a cocinarlo marid\u00e1ndolo como no, con mi querido<strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\">jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/a><\/strong>. Espero que os guste.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/tosta-bimi-con-jamon-iberico.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-4067 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/tosta-bimi-con-jamon-iberico-300x269.png\" alt=\"Tosta de Bimi con Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico\" width=\"300\" height=\"269\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes:<\/h4>\n<p>\u2013 8 rebanadas de pan (elige el tipo de pan que m\u00e1s te guste).<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 200 gramos de <strong>Bimi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 100 gramos de <strong>Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 50 gramos de queso azul, manchego, o el que m\u00e1s te apetezca.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Aceite de oliva virgen.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Ajo.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Sal.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Pimienta negra.<\/p>\n<h4>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n<p>Poner <strong>aceite<\/strong> a calentar en una <strong>sart\u00e9n<\/strong>. Picar el <strong>ajo<\/strong> y sofre\u00edr. A\u00f1adir el <strong>Bimi<\/strong>, un poquito de <strong>sal<\/strong> y <strong>pimienta<\/strong> al gusto y <strong>rehogar<\/strong> hasta que se dore.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tostar<\/strong> las rebanadas de <strong>pan<\/strong> en un tostador. Colocar el <strong>Bimi<\/strong> rehogado y encima el <strong>queso<\/strong>. Normalmente suele fundirse con el calor del Bimi. Pero si quieres que se funda algo m\u00e1s, puedes meter las tostadas en el <strong>horno<\/strong> durante un par de minutos o en el <strong>microondas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente a\u00f1adiremos las lonchas de<strong> jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Al ataque!
