Me puse en contacto con ellos, son una empresa <strong>distribuidora de productos Extreme\u00f1os<\/strong> y <strong>David<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Jimenez Paredes<\/strong> muy amablemente me hizo llegar informaci\u00f3n al respecto que quiero compartir con todos vosotros.<\/p>\n<p>Es un queso elaborado por\u00a0<strong>\u201cDo\u00f1a Leonor de Alburquerque\u201d<\/strong>, queser\u00eda ubicada en <strong>Alburquerque<\/strong> cerca de la\u00a0<strong>Sierra de San Pedro<\/strong>, un para\u00edso natural donde el silencio y la artesan\u00eda confluyen en una armoniosa combinaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Cuentan tanto con <strong>secaderos naturales<\/strong> como artificiales donde elaboran varios tipos de quesos de manera <strong>natural y artesana<\/strong>. Su curaci\u00f3n depende \u00fanicamente de la <strong>climatolog\u00eda de la zona<\/strong> y de una metodolog\u00eda que mantiene intactas las\u00a0<strong>caracter\u00edsticas organol\u00e9pticas<\/strong> de cada uno\u00a0de sus productos.<\/p>\n<p>La elaboraci\u00f3n de sus\u00a0quesos sigue fielmente\u00a0el <strong>proceso tradicional de los maestros queseros<\/strong> de la tierra, no\u00a0a\u00f1aden\u00a0ni aditivos ni conservantes para preservar los <strong>sabores originales<\/strong> de la leche de <strong>cabra y oveja<\/strong> , y los conservan\u00a0\u00fanicamente a base de fr\u00edo y sal.<\/p>\n<p>Este queso elaborado con <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\">Jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico de Bellota<\/a><\/strong>, es de\u00a0pasta semidura, va prensado y est\u00e1\u00a0elaborado con\u00a0corteza propia natural. Lleva en su masa\u00a0<strong>virutas<\/strong> de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico de bellota, lo que le otorga al producto\u00a0\u00a0un <strong>contraste de sensaciones muy interesantes<\/strong>. Cuenta con un aroma delicado y\u00a0matices m\u00e1s intensos provenientes del <strong>jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/strong>, lo que proporciona una extraordinaria <strong>fusi\u00f3n de sabores<\/strong> muy peculiares.
