Aqu\u00ed os propongo un\u00a0<strong>timbal<\/strong>\u00a0con algunas\u00a0<strong>verduras de temporada,<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>pi\u00f1ones y crujiente de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/strong>\u00a0que no os dejar\u00e1 indiferentes.<\/p>\n<h4><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/timbal-verduras-asadas-con-crujuente-jamon-iberico.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3991 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/timbal-verduras-asadas-con-crujuente-jamon-iberico-300x200.png\" alt=\"Timbal de verduras asadas con pi\u00f1ones y crujiente de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><\/h4>\n<h4>Ingredientes:<\/h4>\n<p>\u2013\u00a02 berenjenas.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a02 pimientos rojos.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a02 cebollas.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 100 gramos de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\">jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Pi\u00f1ones.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Aceite de oliva virgen.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Sal.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Pimienta negra.<\/p>\n<h4>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Lavar<\/strong> los pimientos y las berenjenas. Pelar las cebollas. Encender el <strong>horno a 200 grados<\/strong> para que tome temperatura.<\/p>\n<p>Colocar los tres ingredientes en una <strong>cazuela de barro o fuente de horn<\/strong>o. A\u00f1adir un chorrito de <strong>aceite de oliva<\/strong> y meter en el horno durante aproximadamente <strong>40 minutos<\/strong>. Cuando llevemos la mitad del tiempo y veamos que se est\u00e1n asando correctamente, tenemos que <strong>dar la vuelta a las verduras<\/strong> para que se\u00a0asen\u00a0completamente.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez asadas, sacar la bandeja y dejar enfriar durante unos <strong>15 minutos<\/strong>. Una vez atemperadas, podemos <strong>quitar\u00a0la piel<\/strong> de las berenjenas, los pimientos y la cebolla para que nos queden bien limpias. Con las manos iremos <strong>haciendo tiras<\/strong> de la carne de las tres verduras. Podemos colocar todo en un bol donde, una vez tengamos las verduras en tiras, le a\u00f1adiremos <strong>aceite, algo del propio jugo que hayan soltado al asarse, sal y pimienta<\/strong> al gusto. Dejaremos <strong>reposar<\/strong> esta mezcla para que coja sabor.<\/p>\n<p>El crujiente de <strong>jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/strong> se puede preparar tambi\u00e9n en <strong>el horno<\/strong> o <strong>vuelta y vuelta<\/strong> en una <strong>sart\u00e9n<\/strong> pero sin que se haga demasiado. Si decides hacerlo en el horno solo tienes colocar algo de <strong>papel vegetal<\/strong> en una bandeja, luego extender las lonchas de <strong>jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/strong> encima. Meter en el horno durante<strong> 3\u00a0minutos<\/strong> (una vez est\u00e9 el horno caliente) para que no se haga en exceso el jam\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Para hacer los timbales, cogeremos un <strong>molde de cocina<\/strong>, lo colocaremos en un plato, e iremos <strong>rellenando con las verduras<\/strong> que hemos mezclado y que tenemos ali\u00f1adas en el bol. Repetiremos esta acci\u00f3n en funci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de timbales que queramos preparar.<\/p>\n<p>En una sart\u00e9n sin aceite <strong>tostaremos<\/strong> un poco los <strong>pi\u00f1ones<\/strong>. Los colocaremos a modo <strong>decoraci\u00f3n<\/strong> sobre los timbales y alrededor de los mismos.
