{"id":3809,"date":"2015-11-28T15:01:46","date_gmt":"2015-11-28T13:01:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\/?p=3809"},"modified":"2015-11-28T15:01:46","modified_gmt":"2015-11-28T13:01:46","slug":"milhoja-de-jamon-iberico-y-setas-receta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.jamonlovers.es\/?p=3809","title":{"rendered":"Milhoja de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico y setas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Si quieres preparar un entrante\u00a0<strong>r\u00e1pido y sencillo<\/strong>, hoy te proponemos una <strong>receta<\/strong>\u00a0estupenda de <strong>milhojas de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico y setas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes:<\/h4>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Dos rebanadas de pan de molde.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0300 gramos de setas de temporada.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0100 gramos de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico o paletilla ib\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Aceite de oliva.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Sal.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Perejil.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Ajo.<\/p>\n<h4>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n<p>Limpiamos <strong>las setas<\/strong> y ponemos en una <strong>sart\u00e9n a fuego medio<\/strong>, aceite de oliva. Ponemos las setas y las <strong>doramos<\/strong> por ambos lados con mucho cuidado al <strong>darles la vuelta<\/strong> para que no se rompa. Una vez est\u00e9n doradas, a\u00f1adimos sal al gusto y las reservamos.<\/p>\n<p>Cogemos las rebanadas de <strong>pan de molde<\/strong> y las ponemos en una sart\u00e9n para que se tuesten. Tambi\u00e9n puede hacerse con una tostadora de pan. Una vez est\u00e9n <strong>tostadas<\/strong> las coloraremos sobre una superficie y con <strong>ayuda de un molde<\/strong> (en este caso hemos usado uno con forma redondeada) <strong>las cortamos<\/strong> para darles la forma.<\/p>\n<p>Pondremos otra <strong>sart\u00e9n al fuego<\/strong>, echaremos muy poquito aceite y pasaremos las lonchas de <strong>jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/strong>, simplemente queremos <strong>fundir la grasa y templar el jam\u00f3n<\/strong>, por lo que r\u00e1pidamente las sacaremos.<\/p>\n<p>Para elaborar el <strong>aceite de perejil<\/strong>, lo picaremos finamente, podemos ayudarnos de una picadora, y le iremos <strong>a\u00f1adiendo aceite de oliva poco a poco<\/strong> hasta que se vaya emulsionando. Podemos ayudarnos con una barilla.<\/p>\n<p>Para montar el plato, cogeremos el <strong>molde de emplatar<\/strong> e iremos poniendo, una loncha de <strong>jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico,<\/strong> el <strong>pan de molde<\/strong> y las <strong>setas<\/strong>. Repetiremos esta acci\u00f3n dos veces para que haya dos capas de todos los ingredientes.
