Sencilla, muy rica y r\u00e1pida de preparar.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes: (4 personas)<\/h4>\n<p>600 grs de presa ib\u00e9rica<\/p>\n<p>150 grs. de queso (puedes ponerle torta del casar, mozzarella, manchego, brie&#8230;el que prefieras)<\/p>\n<p>100 grs. de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/p>\n<p>Aceite de oliva<\/p>\n<p>Sal en escamas o sal gorda<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n<p>Para empezar cortaremos la presa ib\u00e9rica en filetes de unos 7 mil\u00edmetros de grosor. Dividiremos el queso en porciones m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as que el tama\u00f1o del filete, a ser posible no demasiado gordas para que luego se funda bien.<\/p>\n<p>Pondremos a calentar una sart\u00e9n al m\u00e1ximo y le a\u00f1adiremos un chorrito de aceite de oliva. Una vez la sart\u00e9n haya cogido temperatura y est\u00e9 bien caliente, marcaremos los filetes de presa ib\u00e9rica primero por un lado y luego por el otro, a nuestro gusto.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando consideremos que la presa est\u00e1 lista podemos salarla y colocar una porci\u00f3n de queso por encima de cada filete para que empiece a coger algo de temperatura.<\/p>\n<p>Sacaremos inmediatamente los filetes para que no se hagan demasiado y los colocaremos en una fuente.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, colocaremos las lonchas de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico encima de cada porci\u00f3n de queso.<\/p>\n<p>Y Voil\u00e0, el plato est\u00e1 listo para ser degustado.
