Pudimos conocerla por <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/yummybcn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@yummybcn<\/a>\u00a0en\u00a0<a dir=\"ltr\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FoodTrucksRoute\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@FoodTrucksRoute<\/a>\u00a0de la mano de\u00a0<a dir=\"ltr\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/HamOnWheelsBCN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@HamOnWheelsBCN<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes:<\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; Pan de cristal, en caso de no disponer sirve tambi\u00e9n coca o pan tostado.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0200 grs. de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0200 gr. de\u00a0mozzarella fresca.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00a0Albahaca.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0Tapenade.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Aceite de oliva.<\/p>\n<h4>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n<p>Primero cortaremos el pan de cristal en el tama\u00f1o deseado, longitudinalmente, con la ayuda de un cuchillo de sierra. Si no disponemos de pan de cristal, podemos sustituirlo por coca, o cortar el pan que tengamos y tostarlo en el horno o en un tostador hasta que quede ligeramente dorado.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez tenemos el pan preparado, nos pondremos a escurrir el l\u00edquido las bolas de mozzarella, y las dividiremos en porciones regulares.<\/p>\n<p>Luego colocaremos sobre el pan (cristal, coca, o pan tostado) la mozzarella.<\/p>\n<p>Calentaremos el horno a 180 \u00ba, e introduciremos las tostas durante 2 minutos hasta que se funda el queso.<\/p>\n<p>Pondremos el jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico loncheado por encima y la albahaca.<\/p>\n<p>Y por \u00faltimo, podemos aderezar con un chorrito de aceite de oliva y si se dispone de algo de tapenade.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Buen provecho!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfTe has quedado con hambre?
