Incluso hab\u00eda extranjeros que la inclu\u00edan en su lista de cosas que \u201cno deb\u00edan probar\u201d cuando ven\u00edan de vacaciones a Espa\u00f1a.<!--more-->Ahorala <strong>sangr\u00eda Lolea<\/strong> presenta una sugerente y refrescante variante de calidad. Hace ahora casi dos a\u00f1os, cuatro amigos se sentaron alrededor de una mesa y entorno a una jarra de sangr\u00eda. Nieves A\u00f1a\u00f1os, Cheles Alcal\u00e1, Javier Almal\u00e9 y Bruno Balb\u00e1s, se propusieron recuperar esos momentos que surg\u00edan cuando la gente se reun\u00eda para hablar y beber sangr\u00eda. As\u00ed es como decidieron crear la<strong> Sangr\u00eda Lolea<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Con dos presentaciones \u2013 una un tanto folcl\u00f3rica, vestida con los <strong>lunares propios<\/strong> de un traje de Sevillana; otra m\u00e1s <strong><em>hipster<\/em><\/strong>, en una botella transparente con el logotipo de la marca serigrafiado- el dise\u00f1o del producto atrapa la mirada desde el mismo momento que se descubre en los estantes de la tienda o del supermercado. Pero no acaban ah\u00ed los atractivos est\u00e9ticos del embotellado. Y es que los dise\u00f1adores, aprovechando la moda por lo retro, decidieron incluir un <strong>toque vintage<\/strong>: el cl\u00e1sico tap\u00f3n de las <strong>botellas de gaseosa<\/strong> que conocieron varias generaciones nacidas en el siglo XX.<b> <\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lolea<\/strong>, de <strong>elaboraci\u00f3n artesanal<\/strong>, se presenta en dos variantes: <strong>clarea y sangr\u00eda<\/strong>. Hay que decir que, si la primera se prepara con <strong>vino blanco en lugar de tinto<\/strong>, la segunda es la sangr\u00eda de toda la vida con <strong>zumo de naranja y lim\u00f3n natural<\/strong>. En este caso se ha recurrido a un vino de <strong>Cabernet Sauvignon y Merlot<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Para presentar las Loleas (blanca y\/o tinta) en la mesa lo suyo es servirlas <strong>bien fr\u00edas<\/strong>, no olvidando a\u00f1adir una <strong>buena cantidad de hielo<\/strong> (al gusto del consumidor) y unas <strong>rodajas de naranja y lim\u00f3n reci\u00e9n cortadas<\/strong>. Si se quiere experimentar con otras variedades menos <i>standard<\/i>, se puede probar \u2013y sorprender al personal- con los estilos Valencia (a\u00f1adiendo un chorrito de Cointreau), Sevilla (con manzana y melocot\u00f3n) o el llamado Lolita\u2019s, consistente en servir la sangr\u00eda blanca con <strong>vodka y fresas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En el vaso, la sangr\u00eda tinta ha de presentar una <strong>tonalidad oscura<\/strong> con destellos fucsias, mientras que la <strong>blanca<\/strong> semeja vino blanco\u2026 aunque igualmente apetecible.<\/p>\n<p>Ambas presentaciones resultan <strong>ideales para picnic<\/strong>, playa o cena en la terraza\u2026 sin tener que tomarse la molestia de tener que preparar la sangr\u00eda uno mismo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hasta ahora, la sangr\u00eda comprada en comercios y grandes superficies era sin\u00f3nimo de bric y mala calidad.
