No hay plato que identifique m\u00e1s la <strong>gastronom\u00eda espa\u00f1ola<\/strong> a nivel internacional.\u00a0La gran calidad de las <strong>tapas<\/strong> ofrecidas en los locales tur\u00edsticos, hacen que las de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\">jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/a> sean las m\u00e1s demandadas por los visitantes.<\/p>\n<h4>Tapas de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/h4>\n<h5>Ingredientes:<\/h5>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1 barra de pan de le\u00f1a.<br \/>\n300 gr. de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico.<br \/>\n100 gr. de queso de untar.<br \/>\n4 huevos de codorniz.<br \/>\n4 lonchas de salm\u00f3n.<br \/>\n1 tomate maduro.<br \/>\n2 dientes de ajo.<br \/>\nAceite virgen extra.<br \/>\nSal.<br \/>\nPimienta.<br \/>\nPerejil<\/p>\n<h5>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h5>\n<p>Picar finamente un diente de <strong>ajo<\/strong> y mezclar con el queso de untar.<\/p>\n<p>Limpiar el <strong>tomate<\/strong>, cortarlo por la mitad y rallarlo sobre un bol. Echar sal y pimienta y regarlo con un chorrito de <strong>aceite de oliva<\/strong>. Espolvorear perejil picado encima de la mezcla.<\/p>\n<p>Cortar <strong>12 rebanadas de pan<\/strong>. Tostar en el horno durante <strong>3-4 minutos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Untar los panes con un diente de ajo.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre 4, poner una buena capa de la mezcla de <strong>queso y ajo<\/strong>. Enrollar las l\u00e1minas de <strong>salm\u00f3n<\/strong> y colocarlas en el centro. Enrollar 8 l\u00e1minas de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\">jam\u00f3n<\/a> y colocarlas 2 en cada pincho, a los costados del salm\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre 8 panes, poner un poco de la mezcla de <strong>tomate rallado<\/strong>. Cubrir 4 con 8 lonchitas de jam\u00f3n. Picar finamente el resto del <strong>jam\u00f3n<\/strong>, cubrir los otros 4 panes.
