La brillantez implica que la grasa inherente al jam\u00f3n aparece de forma natural.<\/p>\n<p>Es recomendable consumir el jam\u00f3n a temperatura ambiente <strong>(20\u00baC a 25\u00baC)<\/strong> para apreciar su exquisito sabor.<\/p>\n<p>La pieza de jam\u00f3n debe estar en un lugar <strong>fresco y seco<\/strong>, donde la temperatura sea de aproximadamente 15\u00ba C y la humedad relativa del ambiente sea del 75% m\u00e1s o menos. El lugar donde se cuelgue el jam\u00f3n o donde se instale el jamonero, debe estar protegido contra insectos (despensa, bodega\u2026), hay que evitar colgarlo al aire libre.
