El sabor de estos jamones es ligeramente ahumado y su color tiene tonalidades ocres.<\/p>\n<p>Distinguimos tres tipos de jamones:<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Jam\u00f3n de Ammerland<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Jamon-Ammerland.jpg\" alt=\"Jam\u00f3n de Ammerland, schinken\" width=\"568\" height=\"320\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Es un jam\u00f3n deshuesado, sometido a un proceso de salaz\u00f3n en salmuera, ahumado en fr\u00edo al aroma de madera de haya y de bayas de enebro.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0<strong>Jam\u00f3n de la For\u00eat Noire<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/jamon-foret-noire.jpg\" alt=\"Jam\u00f3n de la For\u00eat Noire, schinken\" width=\"762\" height=\"599\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Deshuesado y salado en salmuera aromatizada. Curado al aire libre antes de ahumarlo. Con aroma de ramas de pino, el serr\u00edn le confiere un color oscuro y un aroma t\u00edpicos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Jam\u00f3n de Westphalie<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/jamon-westphalie.jpg\" alt=\"Jam\u00f3n de Westphalie, Schinken\" width=\"450\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cortado en redondo, frotado con sal y salado en salmuera, desalado, escurrido y ahumado en fr\u00edo con esencias muy aromatizantes para ser secado a continuaci\u00f3n.
