Con mirar a la cara a quien deguste un bocado, se advertir\u00e1.\u00a0Que la aparente complejidad de elaboraci\u00f3n no te enga\u00f1e, este plato es sencillamente delicioso.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong><\/strong>4 endibias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">4 Lonchas de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">100 gr Queso Gorgonzola dulce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">50 ml de nata.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Aceite de oliva virgen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Or\u00e9gano o tomillo fresco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Sal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Limpiamos la primera capa de hojas de las endibias. Cortamos un trozo del tronco, medio cent\u00edmetro m\u00e1s o menos, que suele ser lo que m\u00e1s amarga.\u00a0Cocemos al vapor las endibias en una olla. En 15 minutos est\u00e1n en su punto. Dejamos templar sobre papel absorbente.\u00a0En lo que se templan las endibias, ponemos en un cazo el queso gorgonzola y la nata.\u00a0Llevamos a ebullici\u00f3n y con unas varillas removemos para que se deshaga el queso, bajamos el fuego al m\u00ednimo y dejamos cinco minutos, removiendo de vez en cuando.\u00a0Cortamos las endibias en cuartos y doramos en una sart\u00e9n con unas gotas de aceite de oliva.\u00a0Enrollamos cada trozo de endivia con la mitad de cada loncha de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico.\u00a0Colocamos todos los cuartos sobre una bandeja o plato para servir como aperitivo.<\/p>\n<p>En un mortero machacamos el or\u00e9gano con tres o cuatro cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra, no hace falta triturarlo. Aderezamos las endibias con esta mezcla.\u00a0Sazonamos con sal en escamas y por \u00faltimo, ponemos la crema de queso gorgonzola.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfTe has quedado con hambre?
