Si es que vivir bien es un placer y degustar platos tan deliciosos como \u00e9ste nos ayuda a quitarnos un poco las penas de nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda.\u00a0Este plato absolutamente delicioso, te evocar\u00e1 los espacios Gourmet m\u00e1s exclusivos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong><\/strong>600 grs. de tomate pera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">350 grs. de cerezas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">50 grs. jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">4 huevos de codorniz cocidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1 yogurt griego.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">10 cl. Vinagre de Jerez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">150 grs. de pan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">120 grs. de pimiento rojo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Aceite de oliva virgen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1 diente de ajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Sal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Escaldar los tomates y enfriarlos en un bol con agua y hielo, pelarlos y trocear.\u00a0Deshuesar las cerezas e introducirlas en el pasapur\u00e9s para triturarlas.\u00a0Trocear el ajo y el pimiento.\u00a0Mezclar todos los ingredientes en el vaso mezclador excepto el aceite y triturar.<\/p>\n<p>Emulsionar todo con el aceite para crear una masa homog\u00e9nea. Para lograr un resultado perfecto, pasar todo por el chino para quitar las pepitas de tomate y obtener una textura m\u00e1s fina.<\/p>\n<p>Para el polvo de jam\u00f3n, disponer las lonchas de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico bien finito, entre dos l\u00e1minas de papel absorbente e introducir en el microondas 10 seg. a m\u00e1xima potencia, sacar y triturar.<\/p>\n<p>Utilizar una copa grande de c\u00f3ctel y disponer primero el gazpacho y encima el huevo de codorniz cocido. Terminar con un cord\u00f3n de yogurt griego batido a mano por un lado de la copa y espolvorear el jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfAlgo para acompa\u00f1ar?
