De textura suave y presencia en los mercados durante los meses de junio y julio, una de las mejores formas de consumir estas frutas es fresca, ya que si est\u00e1n maduras se puede apreciar su exquisito sabor y dulzor.\u00a0 Resulta un delicioso complemento, cuando se a\u00f1aden en acompa\u00f1amientos para platos de caza o de aves.\u00a0 En este caso va en ensalada, y muy bien acompa\u00f1adas adem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 1em;\">Ingredientes<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Seis brevas frescas<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Diez lonchas de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico de bellota<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Hojas de lechuga variadas<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Tres cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Un lim\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1\/2 diente de ajo<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Dos bolas de mozzarella de b\u00fafala.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Sal y pimienta<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Modo de elaboraci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p>Lo primero de todo ser\u00e1 picar el <b>ajo<\/b> muy <b>picadito<\/b>. Luego habr\u00e1 que ponerlo todo en un cuenco con <b>aceite de oliva<\/b>, sal y <b>pimienta<\/b> y verter, por encima, el <b>jugo de un lim\u00f3n<\/b> reci\u00e9n exprimido. El siguiente paso ser\u00e1 a\u00f1adir las <b>bolas de mozzarella<\/b>, tapar y dejar macerar un cuarto de hora en la nevera\u2026 removiendo de vez en cuando.<\/p>\n<p>Llega el momento de a\u00f1adir las <b>brevas<\/b>, que, despu\u00e9s de lavadas, ser\u00e1n cortadas en cuartos. Al mismo tiempo, escurrimos las <b>mozzarellas<\/b>, reservando el l\u00edquido de la maceraci\u00f3n, y las partimos en trocitos. Seguidamente, cortamos las lonchas de <b>jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/b> y las doramos unos minutos en una sart\u00e9n con unas cuantas gotas de <b>aceite de oliva<\/b>. Las dejamos escurrir encima de papel absorbente una vez doradas. El toque final consistir\u00e1 en colocar las hojas de lechuga lavadas en una fuente. Por \u00faltimo,\u00a0 dispondremos encima los dem\u00e1s ingredientes y rehogaremos con la marinada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfTe has quedado con hambre?
