A casi todo el mundo\u2026 as\u00ed que, a casi todo el mundo tambi\u00e9n dejar\u00e1 satisfecho un sabor maridaje del dulzor (fresco) de la pi\u00f1a y del penetrante bouquet del jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico. Adem\u00e1s, el ba\u00f1o de agua y vinagre rebajar\u00e1 el nivel de sal del jam\u00f3n, lo que permitir\u00e1 descubrir un sabor incre\u00edblemente nuevo\u2026 y apetecible el de este modo caribe\u00f1o de preparar el jam\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Un jam\u00f3n (sin el jarrete y la ca\u00f1a)<\/li>\n<li>Agua y vinagre blanco<\/li>\n<li>8 rodajas de pi\u00f1a<\/li>\n<li>Canela, clavo y pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Ingredientes salsa<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 taza de vino tinto<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de zumo de naranja<\/li>\n<li>Clavo, canela y jengibre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p>Se comienza introduciendo el <b>jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/b> en una <b>olla grande<\/b> y cubri\u00e9ndolo con agua al que a\u00f1adimos <b>vinagre blanco<\/b>. Se deja que rompa a hervir y, en ese momento, se reduce el <b>fuego<\/b> hasta la posici\u00f3n media. Una hora despu\u00e9s, se elimina el agua y se pone el jam\u00f3n en una bandeja de horno. Con el jam\u00f3n sobre este recipiente, le hacemos unos <b>cortes diagonales<\/b> sobre la superficie. En ellos colocamos las rodajas de <b>pi\u00f1a<\/b> aseguradas con los <b>clavos<\/b>. Al mismo tiempo, en un cuenco, ponemos el <b>vino<\/b>, el jugo de <b>pi\u00f1a<\/b>, la canela y la <b>pimienta<\/b>; lo removemos y vertimos sobre el jam\u00f3n, que introducimos en el horno para hornearlo 30 minutos a <b>350 grados<\/b> y 1 1\/2 hora a 325 grados.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras el jam\u00f3n est\u00e1 en el horno, aprovechamos para ir haciendo la <b>salsa<\/b>. Para ello, mezclamos todos los <b>ingredientes<\/b> en un cazo que ponemos a hervir. En el momento en el que nuestro preparado rompe a hervir, ponemos el fuego en <b>posici\u00f3n media<\/b> hasta que el l\u00edquido se reduce en una tercera parte. Entonces, colamos.<\/p>\n<p>Volvemos al horno, porque el jam\u00f3n ya est\u00e1 listo. Entonces, se deja reposar <b>15 minutos<\/b> antes de comenzar a cortar. Al tiempo, mezclamos los <b>jugos<\/b> que ha soltado el <b>jam\u00f3n<\/b> con la reducci\u00f3n que acabamos de preparar y diluimos todo en un poco de <b>harina<\/b>, calent\u00e1ndolo hasta que espese. Probamos y a\u00f1adimos <b>sal<\/b> al gusto. Por \u00faltimo, cortamos el jam\u00f3n en lonchas y servimos con la <b>salsa<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfTe has quedado con hambre?
