Sin duda, una ocasi\u00f3n para sorprender a nuestros invitados.<\/p>\n<h5>Ingredientes:<\/h5>\n<p>\u00b7 Cuatro lomos de bacalao fresco de 180 gramos cada uno<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Cuatro lonchas de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 1\/2 litro de caldo de ave<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Un hueso de jam\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 12 esp\u00e1rragos trigueros<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 8 zanahorias baby<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 8 mazorcas de ma\u00edz baby<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 300 mililitros de aceite de oliva<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 4 dientes de ajo y sal<\/p>\n<h5>Modo de elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h5>\n<p>Empezamos por <b>dorar <\/b>los <b>ajos <\/b>en aceite de oliva para, despu\u00e9s, apartarlos y reservarlos. Seguidamente, y en una sart\u00e9n con aceite no demasiado caliente, <b>confitamos los lomos<\/b> durante 4 minutos para, seguidamente, <b>secarlos<\/b>, escurrirlos del exceso de aceite y dejarlos<b> enfriar<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Lo siguiente que habr\u00e1 que hacer ser\u00e1<b> envolver<\/b> cada lomo en <b>una loncha de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/b> y reservar. Mientras, reducimos el caldo de ave con los <b>huesos de jam\u00f3n<\/b> unos 5 minutos para, a continuaci\u00f3n, <b>colar<\/b> y <b>reservar <\/b>caliente. Es el momento de pelar <b>trigueros<\/b> y <b>zanahorias<\/b> y escaldarlos. El \u00faltimo paso consistir\u00e1 en <b>saltear<\/b>, unos minutos, fuerte las v<b>erduras<\/b> con las mazorcas de <b>ma\u00edz<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3n se hace en un plato sopero en el que se coloca un <b>lomo de bacalao<\/b> regado con el caldo y acompa\u00f1ado de verduras.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfTe has quedado con hambre?
