Para comprobar lo palmario de este concepto basta con ver lo f\u00e1cil que es pasar de una cena a base de guisantes salteados con <b>jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/b> y <b>huevos<\/b> pasados por agua pasamos a esta tartaleta r\u00fastica. Los ingredientes son casi los mismos (con excepci\u00f3n, evidentemente, de la tartaleta de base) pero, en este caso, el orden de los factores s\u00ed que altera el producto.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><b>Ingredientes<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; 1 base de hojaldre<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 300 gr de guisantes congelados<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 cebolla<\/p>\n<p>-4 lonchas de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Tres huevos, dados de queso feta, una cucharada de nata fresca (cr\u00e8me fraiche)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; sal y pimienta<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b>Modo de elaboraci\u00f3n<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Todo comienza forrando un molde de forma redonda, que, previamente, hemos untado de <b>mantequilla<\/b>, con <b>masa hojaldre<\/b>. La masa se mete en el horno, a 210\u00ba C, durante 10 minutos\u2026 tomando la precauci\u00f3n de cubrirla con <b>papel de hornear<\/b> y echando, encima, unas legumbres secas. Hecho esto, habr\u00e1 que poner a hervir unos guisantes, en agua con sal, durante 8 minutos-.<\/p>\n<p>Lo siguiente ser\u00e1 sofre\u00edr en una sart\u00e9n con una cucharada de aceite la <b>cebolla picada fina<\/b>. Cuando la cebolla est\u00e1 bien pochada, habr\u00e1 que a\u00f1adir el <b>jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/b> cortado a tiras peque\u00f1as y los <b>guisantes<\/b> (previamente escurridos), dejando rehogar todo durante unos minutos. Pasado este tiempo, toca retirar la sart\u00e9n del fuego y a\u00f1adir la <b>nata fresca<\/b>, los dados de <b>queso feta<\/b> y salpimentar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfRecordamos que hab\u00edamos cubierto la masa hojaldre con papel de hornear y legumbres secas? Bien, pues ahora habr\u00e1 que retirar todo para verter en ella lo que acabamos de rehogar.
