{"id":1571,"date":"2014-04-02T10:45:35","date_gmt":"2014-04-02T08:45:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\/?p=1571"},"modified":"2014-04-02T10:45:35","modified_gmt":"2014-04-02T08:45:35","slug":"roll-mediterraneo-jamon-iberico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.jamonlovers.es\/?p=1571","title":{"rendered":"Sushi Roll mediterr\u00e1neo con jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Plato divertido donde los haya (e ideal como primer plato para sorprender en una cena \u00edntima de pareja), el roll mediterr\u00e1neo de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico es una divertida, original y sorprendente receta que marida, en la combinaci\u00f3n de sus ingredientes, dos cocinas: la mediterr\u00e1nea y la japonesa. \u00bfVerdad que apetece?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Para el relleno:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7300 gramos de shari (arroz cocido para sushi)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b71 hoja de alga nori<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7200 gramos de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7200 gramos de queso tipo mozzarella<\/p>\n<p>\u00b72 huevos<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7100 gramos de harina de trigo<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7200 gramos de panko<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Aceite de oliva<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7100 gramos de rucula<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Hojas de albahaca<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7brotes de alfalfa<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7brotes de guisante<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7alcaparras<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Para la salsa de tomate:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00b750 gramos de tomates secos<\/p>\n<p>\u00b710 mililitros de zumo de yuzu o lima<\/p>\n<p>\u00b720 mililitros de aceite de oliva<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Sal<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Pimienta<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Utensilios:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Esterilla para sushi<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Modo de elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Como primer paso, habr\u00e1 que cortar el queso en cuatro bastoncillos de\u00a0 9&#215;1 cent\u00edmetros. Hecho esto, habr\u00e1 que pasarlos \u2013sucesivamente y antes de pasarlos por la sart\u00e9n con un poquito de harina- por la harina, los huevos batidos y el panko. Hecho esto, reservaremos los bastoncillos de queso en un plato que cubriremos con papel absorbente de cocina.<\/p>\n<p>Hemos dejado, durante unos 20 minutos, los tomates en agua para que se rehidraten. Una vez pasado este tiempo, y para convertirlos en salsa, se ponen los tomates en el vaso batidor y se agrega el zumo de yuzu, un chorrito de aceite de oliva, una pizca de sal y pimienta. Hecho esto, hay que batir, a\u00f1adir las alcaparras y reservar.<\/p>\n<p>Llega el momento de utilizar la esterilla para sushi. Se empieza partiendo la alga nori por la mitad para, seguidamente, cubrirla con una capa de arroz de unos 5 mil\u00edmetros de grosor, de forma que sobre un poco de arroz por los extremos del alga. Hecho esto, se retira el alga (junto con el arroz) de la esterilla y se coloca, en su lugar, las lonchas de <a title=\"Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/a>\u00a0de forma que queden de la misma medida que el alga. Hecho esto, se vuelve a dejar el alga y el arroz sobre el jam\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Ya casi estamos llegando al final. S\u00f3lo resta poner la mitad de los tomates sobre el alga y colocar encima un poco de r\u00facula, unas hojas de albahaca y dos bastoncitos de queso.
