Adem\u00e1s, supone una excelente elecci\u00f3n culinaria para todos aquellos que, queriendo disfrutar de las virtudes nutritivas y gastron\u00f3micas derivadas de comer pescado, o no son habilidosos en la cocina o no disponen de mucho tiempo. Ah\u2026 y se puede comer durante todo el a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Truchas<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico cortado en dados peque\u00f1os<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Ajo, perejil, sal y aceite de oliva<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Modo de elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Lo primero ser\u00e1 picar unos dientes de ajo y sofre\u00edrlos, con un poco de aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n.\u00a0 En el momento en el que el ajo comience a presentar un aspecto dorado, habr\u00e1 que a\u00f1adir a la sart\u00e9n las setas cortadas en juliana y saltear, brevemente, todo el preparado. Segundos antes de retirar del fuego, se a\u00f1adir\u00e1n los daditos de <a title=\"Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Toca ocuparse de la trucha. Para ello, y como si de un bocadillo se tratara, se colocar\u00e1 el salteado sobre uno de los lomos y se cubrir\u00e1 con el otro (como si fuera un bocadillo). Seguidamente, se colocar\u00e1 la trucha en una fuente refractaria, roci\u00e1ndola con un poco de vino blanco e introduci\u00e9ndola en el horno (precalentado a 200\u00baC) hasta que est\u00e9 en su punto.
