Luego hay compa\u00f1\u00edas y compa\u00f1\u00edas\u2026 y unas setas con unos pedacitos de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico es uno de los mejores maridajes posibles con masa panadera. <!--more-->Para disfrutar de comer con las manos la empanada de setas y jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico es todo un acierto.<\/p>\n<p>-Ingredientes<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Masa panadera<\/p>\n<p>\u2022250 gramos de setas<\/p>\n<p>\u2022250 gramos de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/p>\n<p>\u20221 cebolla<\/p>\n<p>\u20222 dientes de ajo, aceite y sal<\/p>\n<p>-Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>Lo primero de todo ser\u00e1 rehogar en aceite la cebolla y el ajo picado. Cuando los dos ingredientes adquieran un tono dorado habr\u00e1 que a\u00f1adir las setas, despu\u00e9s de haberlas limpiado y troceado. Hecho esto, se cocer\u00e1 todo durante unos minutos, hasta que las setas pr\u00e1cticamente hayan absorbido el agua que sueltan. Despu\u00e9s, se a\u00f1adir\u00e1 el jam\u00f3n troceado en peque\u00f1as porciones. Seguidamente, se escurrir\u00e1 todo en un colador, reservando el aceite sobrante.<\/p>\n<p>Lo siguiente ser\u00e1 extender la masa de la empanada y colocar, sobre una de las dos mitades, el relleno. A continuaci\u00f3n habr\u00e1 que doblar la masa, cerr\u00e1ndola bien con un tenedor y pint\u00e1ndola con el aceite que nos ha sobrado. Un agujero, de m\u00e1s o menos un cent\u00edmetro y practicado en el centro, permitir\u00e1 que salga el vapor de agua durante la cocci\u00f3n. Cocer la empanada en el horno, hasta que \u00e9sta presente un aspecto dorado, llevar\u00e1 unos 20 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sabido es que la empanada lo admite todo.
