Estas piruletas son bajas en calor\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico (tantas lonchas como piruletas)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Queso parmesano en lonchas<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Modo de elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En la bandeja del horno, cubierto de papel de hornear, se coloca un poco de queso, una loncha de <a title=\"Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/a>\u00a0y, encima, m\u00e1s queso. Hay que tener la precauci\u00f3n de, antes de echar esa segunda capa de queso, colocar un palito de brocheta en medio. Habr\u00e1 que actuar, repitiendo estos mismos movimientos, tantas veces como piruletas se desee cocinar.<\/p>\n<p>El paso final ser\u00e1, despu\u00e9s de haber precalentado el horno a 200\u00ba, introducir las piruletas dentro durante siete minutos.
