Podr\u00e9is hacer tanto makis como nigiris maridando el Jam\u00f3n DOP de Teruel con mel\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Sabina Banzo nos cuenta c\u00f3mo hacerlo paso a paso en este v\u00eddeo.<\/p>\n<h4>Receta de Sushi con Jam\u00f3n: Makis y Nigiris<\/h4>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Receta de Sushi con Jam\u00f3n DOP Teruel\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/vBqxHrg6lmw?feature=oembed\"  allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 vasos de arroz para sushi.<\/li>\n<li>100 gramos de Jam\u00f3n DOP Teruel.<\/li>\n<li>Mel\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de vinagre de arroz.<\/li>\n<li>1 chuchada de az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<li>Media cucharada de sal.<\/li>\n<li>Agua.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n<p>Lavamos el arroz hasta que el agua salga clarita para quitarle el almid\u00f3n. Los puristas hablan de lavarlo unas 9 veces. Lo dejamos reposar unos 30 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Abrimos nuestro Jam\u00f3n DOP Teruel para que vaya atemperando y oxigen\u00e1ndose.<\/p>\n<p>Para el aderezo pondremos en un bol 2 cucharadas de vinagre de arroz, 1 de az\u00facar y media cucharadita de sal.<\/p>\n<p>Pondremos el arroz en una cacerola para cocerlo. Por cada vaso de arroz utilizaremos 2 de agua. Le pondremos la tapa y a fuego bajo lo tendremos unos 15 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez est\u00e9 cocido lo sacaremos a una bandeja, le a\u00f1adiremos el aderezo y mezclaremos todo muy bien. esperaremos a que se enfr\u00ede.<\/p>\n<p>Cortaremos unos trocitos de mel\u00f3n para rellenar nuestros makis.<\/p>\n<p>Cogeremos la esterilla e iremos colocando el Jam\u00f3n DOP Teruel que ya estar\u00e1 atemperado. Las lonchas se separar\u00e1n f\u00e1cilmente y eso nos permitir\u00e1 colocarlo de manera sencilla en la esterilla.<\/p>\n<p>Primero colocaremos el arroz y luego los trocitos de mel\u00f3n.
