Ricas y con muchas propiedades, su maridaje con el <a title=\"Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/a>\u00a0resulta\u2026.uhhhmmmm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00b71 kilo de alcachofas<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Media docena de huevos<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7150 gramos de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Aceite de oliva virgen extra y harina<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Modo de elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Antes de empezar, habr\u00e1 que forrar una bandeja de horno con papel vegetal (tambi\u00e9n llamado papel de horno o sulfurizado). Hecho esto, hay que poner encima las lonchas de jam\u00f3n, cubrirlas de papel y hornear, unos 15 minutos a 180\u00ba. Mientras, aprovecharemos para preparar un cuenco con harina sazonada con un poco de sal.<\/p>\n<p>Llega el turno de las alcachofas. Habr\u00e1 que limpiarlas bien, quitando todas las hojas \u00e1speras y duras. Se pela el rabo y se parten en seis trozos (habr\u00e1 que tomar la precauci\u00f3n de no dejarlas demasiado finas, para que podamos notar su carne en la boca). El siguiente paso ser\u00e1 harinar bien y r\u00e1pido las alcachofas (la velocidad impedir\u00e1 que ennegrezcan). No hay que rebozarlas. Se trata de que un poco de harina adherida deje crujientes las alcachofas.<\/p>\n<p>Para fre\u00edr las alcachofas, no estar\u00eda de m\u00e1s elegir una sart\u00e9n honda tipo wok, a fin de que queden bien cubiertas. Una vez fritas, habr\u00e1 que pasar las alcachofas por papel adsorbente. De este modo, eliminaremos el aceite sobrante.<\/p>\n<p>Y quedan los huevos, que llevaran unas 5 horas fuera de la nevera, Ser\u00eda bueno que fueran frescos y de granja.
