Si lo que se pretende es obtener unos resultados que deleiten a los paladares m\u00e1s exigentes\u2026 \u00a1esta es la receta ideal para ello! Tan s\u00f3lo necesita pasta fresca, un molde de pasta y jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico\u2026 y la suculenta receta estar\u00e1 lista para ser probada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Medio kilo de pasta fresca<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Harina para moldear la pasta<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7200 gramos de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7400 gramos de reques\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7200 gramos de queso parmesano<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Modo de elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>El primer paso indicado para esta receta consistir\u00e1 en moldear la pasta fresca. Para ello, se har\u00e1 una bola que habr\u00e1 que dejar reposar\u2026 antes de extenderla con una m\u00e1quina de hacer pasta. Si no dispone de una, se podr\u00e1 conseguir esto mismo utilizando un rodillo de cocina de los de toda la vida. Hecho esto, se colocar\u00e1 la masa fina en un molde y se pondr\u00e1 en ella el relleno de reques\u00f3n, parmesano y\u00a0<a title=\"Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/a>. Es recomendable a\u00f1adir el jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico cortado en peque\u00f1os taquitos, de manera que resulten agradables al paladar. Hay que dejar reposar la mezcla durante 20 minutos en la nevera. Pasado el tiempo, a\u00f1adimos la mezcla en cada pieza de pasta \u2013por ejemplo, cada ravioli- y se tapa con la misma masa.<\/p>\n<p>Un truco para que las piezas de pasta queden bien cerradas, consistir\u00e1 en pintar, cada pieza, con aceite de oliva. Esto se har\u00e1 presionando con los dedos sobre sobre los bordes de, pongamos, cada ravioli para que se adhieran bien las capas. Con un cortador, habr\u00e1 que separar cada ravioli y dejarlos secar en la nevera durante 24 horas.<\/p>\n<p>Ha pasado un d\u00eda. Ya es tiempo de hervir la pasta en agua salada durante 5 minutos y\u2026 \u00a1voila, ya tenemos lista nuestra comida! Luego, si se quiere dar un toque jugoso a esta creaci\u00f3n culinaria, uno puede elaborar su propia salsa. \u00bfAlguna sugerencia? En ese caso bueno ser\u00e1 saber que la nata al pesto le va como anillo al dedo a la pasta rellena de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico. Tan s\u00f3lo habr\u00e1 que calentar la nata y el pesto, con un chorrito de zumo de lim\u00f3n y batir lentamente, mientras se a\u00f1ade la mantequilla y el queso parmesano.
