Gracias a Era Alta y a Antonio Jos\u00e9 Cano Cabrera (Ganadero adscrito a la Denominaci\u00f3n de Origen Los Pedroches) podremos vivir el d\u00eda a d\u00eda en el campo y nuestras #48horasMontanera.<\/p>\n<p>Las tareas que se realizan en el campo las podemos dividir en dos grandes grupos: el cuidado de los animales y el cuidado de la dehesa. Es un binomio que va de la mano y no se concibe una cosa sin la otra.<\/p>\n<p>Os dejamos el v\u00eddeo con el primer cap\u00edtulo \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<h4>Comienza la Jornada en Era Alta<\/h4>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"48 horas Montanera: Cap\u00edtulo 1\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_wrn_DkDsO4?feature=oembed\"  allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Alimentaci\u00f3n cochinos en Montanera<\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13533 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/48-horas-montanera-jamonlovers-capitulo-1-alimentando-cerdos-ibericos-bellota-1024x535.jpg\" alt=\"48 Horas Montanera: Cap\u00edtulo 1. Alimentando a los cerdos 100% ib\u00e9ricos\" width=\"1024\" height=\"535\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La primera tarea es siempre alimentar a los cochinos. Los cerdos 100% ib\u00e9ricos pasan la noche en las zahurdas (especie de establos donde se resguardan del fr\u00edo durante la noche). Para que coman hay que sacarlos de las zahurdas y pasarlos a una finca donde haya hierba y bellota.<\/p>\n<p>Estos cerdos actualmente pesan 14,5 arrobas (cada arroba son 11,5 kilos) por lo que est\u00e1n en 160 &#8211; 170 kilos aproximadamente. Les faltan un par de semanas para finalizar la montanera.<\/p>\n<p>La vida del cerdo 100% ib\u00e9rico suele oscilar entre 20 o 22 meses.<\/p>\n<h4>Alimentaci\u00f3n madres<\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13534 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/48-horas-montanera-jamonlovers-capitulo-1-alimentando-madres-1024x535.jpg\" alt=\"48 Horas Montanera: Cap\u00edtulo 1. Alimentando a las madres\" width=\"1024\" height=\"535\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La siguiente tarea que hicimos fue dar de comer a las madres que hab\u00edan parido.<\/p>\n<p>Las cochinas que acaban de parir necesitan un pienso especial de lactaci\u00f3n que les ayuda a generar leche para amamantar a los lechones.<\/p>\n<p>Este pienso de cereales se prepara mezcl\u00e1ndolo con agua.<\/p>\n<p>Las madres permanecen en las zahurdas con sus lechones, una vez preparado el pienso hay que d\u00e1rselo.
