Ahora, durante la \u00faltima semana de enero, este chef japon\u00e9s estuvo disfrutando de su premio: un viaje por Andaluc\u00eda para conocer las zonas productoras del ib\u00e9rico de C\u00f3rdoba y Huelva.<\/p>\n<p>Masamitsu Kizaki obtuvo una puntuaci\u00f3n de 248 puntos sobre 300 posible. En el evento participaron 80 profesionales de diversos perfiles (jefes de cocina, due\u00f1os de restaurantes, distribuidores, minoristas, importadores, etc.). El restaurante del que es chef principal, \u2018Marisquer\u00eda Gozo Umeda\u2019, forma parte de un conjunto de seis restaurantes que, aunque pertenecen al mismo grupo empresarial, mantienen distintos conceptos culinarios espa\u00f1oles a lo largo y ancho de Jap\u00f3n (asados a la brasa, paella, comida vasca, mariscos, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Toda esta acci\u00f3n promocional, organizada por la Consejer\u00eda de Econom\u00eda, Innovaci\u00f3n, Ciencia y Empleo y Extenda-Agencia Andaluza de Promoci\u00f3n Exterior, pretende dar a conocer el origen, alimentaci\u00f3n y curaci\u00f3n del ib\u00e9rico entre el consumidor nip\u00f3n. A trav\u00e9s de la experiencia del cocinero nip\u00f3n, contada desde los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n del antiguo Imperio Naciente, se ha querido promocionar en Jap\u00f3n la cultura, gastronom\u00eda y tradiciones andaluzas en Jap\u00f3n, para favorecer el crecimiento de la demanda de estos productos y sus derivados en el mercado nip\u00f3n, donde todos estos conceptos est\u00e1n intr\u00ednsecamente ligados.<\/p>\n<p>El <a title=\"Concurso de cortadores de jam\u00f3n\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\/tag\/concurso-cortadores-jamon\/\">concurso de cortadores de jam\u00f3n<\/a> ganado por Masamitsu Kizaki forma parte de una estrategia global, impulsada por el \u00f3rgano auton\u00f3mico andaluz Extenda, para promocionar el jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico en Jap\u00f3n\u2026 un mercado en el que el jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico ha pasado de ser todo un desconocido a ser el destino de jamones y paletas andaluces por valor de 623.000 euros.<\/p>\n<p>No hay duda que a la hora de promocionar un producto, entre un p\u00fablico tan ceremonioso como es el japon\u00e9s, la divulgaci\u00f3n del corte \u2013en realidad, toda una ceremonia equiparable a la del te- es todo un aliciente.
