Es un foro donde a trav\u00e9s de diferentes ponencias y actividades, se tratan temas como la producci\u00f3n, la investigaci\u00f3n, la comercializaci\u00f3n, las \u00faltimas tendencias sobre nutrici\u00f3n y gastronom\u00eda, se presentan casos de \u00e9xito, herramientas, etc.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>Congreso Mundial del Jam\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0inici\u00f3 su andadura en 2001 en C\u00f3rdoba. Desde entonces se ha celebrado en ciudades como en\u00a0C\u00e1ceres (2003), Teruel (2005), Salamanca (2007), Aracena (2009), Lugo (2011), Ourique en Portugal (2013), Toulouse en Francia (2015) y Toledo (2017).<\/p>\n<p>Este a\u00f1o el programa estar\u00e1 dividido en diferentes bloques y materias:<\/p>\n<h4>Bloque A: El Cerdo como materia prima<\/h4>\n<p><em>Moderador: Clemente L\u00f3pez Bote\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Gen\u00e9tica Porcina<\/strong>.
