{"id":1159,"date":"2014-01-09T10:15:14","date_gmt":"2014-01-09T08:15:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\/?p=1159"},"modified":"2014-01-09T10:15:14","modified_gmt":"2014-01-09T08:15:14","slug":"un-cortador-de-jamon-de-record","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.jamonlovers.es\/?p=1159","title":{"rendered":"Un cortador de jam\u00f3n de record"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un <a title=\"Curso cortador de jam\u00f3n\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tucortadordejamon.com\/curso_cortador_jamon.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cortador de jamones<\/a>, llamado Diego Hern\u00e1ndez y con residencia en Valladolid, tiene un record relacionado con el jam\u00f3n: haber cortado 2.160\u00a0 lonchas\u00a0 de\u00a0 <a title=\"Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico de Bellota\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jamonlovers.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jam\u00f3n\u00a0 ib\u00e9rico\u00a0 de\u00a0 bellota<\/a>\u00a0 en\u00a0 una\u00a0 hora (o sea, una cada 1,5 segundos) &#8230;.y,\u00a0 el pr\u00f3ximo mes de\u00a0 abril,\u00a0 pretende pulverizar otro: estar 33 horas seguidas cortando jam\u00f3n. Este evento, que a\u00fan no tiene ni fecha ni lugar de celebraci\u00f3n, ser\u00e1 supervisado por jueces del Libro Guiness de los Records\u2026 lo que ya sucedi\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n con la anterior marca establecida por Diego Hern\u00e1ndez en el a\u00f1o 2011 (el anterior record, que tambi\u00e9n era suyo, hab\u00eda quedado establecido en un corte de 1.660 lonchas en una hora\u2026 o lo que es lo mismo: dos jamones ib\u00e9ricos reducidos a lonchas en sesenta minutos). Curiosamente, la idea inicial del cortador era establecer otro r\u00e9cord mundial: cortar tantos jamones como le fuese posible durante 12 horas. Sin embargo, como dicha marca no ten\u00eda precedentes, la Organizaci\u00f3n Guiness no accedi\u00f3 a certificarlo.<\/p>\n<p>El cortador vallisoletano, que est\u00e1 al frente de las tiendas de alimentaci\u00f3n que su familia tiene en Valladolid, tiene una gran experiencia en exhibiciones de corte, encuentros, promociones, fiestas y presentaciones\u2026 incluso, en el a\u00f1o 2007, se convirti\u00f3 en el primer <a title=\"Curso de Avanzado de corte de jam\u00f3n\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tucortadordejamon.com\/formacion\/cursos-cortadores-jamon-profesionales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cortador de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/a> que cortaba en EE UU. Lo hizo en el restaurante Jaleo de Washington, propiedad del cocinero espa\u00f1ol Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Diego Hern\u00e1ndez reconoce contar con maestros de excepci\u00f3n como el abulense Florencio Sanchidri\u00e1n, a quien define como \u201cun maestro, un artista, un showman, un extraordinario cortador de jam\u00f3n&#8230;\u201d. Tambi\u00e9n sabe cu\u00e1les son las claves de un <a title=\"Curso de iniciaci\u00f3n al corte de jam\u00f3n\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tucortadordejamon.com\/formacion\/cursos-cortadores-jamon-iniciacion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">buen cortador de jam\u00f3n<\/a>, entre las que se encuentran la habilidad, la t\u00e9cnica, una cierta experiencia, buen pulso y aplomo \u201cmi corte es recto, mantengo los pies juntos y me posicion\u00f3 ante la pieza bastante erguido\u201d, explica el cortador.
