Ideal para combinarlo con una copa de vino tinto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Cinco l\u00e1minas de pasta filo<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Dos peras de conferencia<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Cinco lonchas finas de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Veinte hojas de r\u00facula<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Cincuenta mililitros de nata de cocinar<\/p>\n<p>\u00b72 cucharadas de mostaza a la antigua<\/p>\n<p>\u00b71 cucharita de miel<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Modo de elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b>Cogiendo las l\u00e1minas de pasta filo, habr\u00e1 que doblarlas, cortarlas por la mitad y superponer una mitad sobre la otra. Despu\u00e9s, habr\u00e1 que cortar en peque\u00f1os rect\u00e1ngulos del tama\u00f1o de un bocado y colocar, sobre ellos, 3 l\u00e1minas finas de pera\u2026 previamente cortadas y horneadas 15 minutos a 180\u00ba.<\/p>\n<p>Se podr\u00e1 aprovechar el tiempo de horneado para ir preparando la salsa de mostaza. Para ello mezclamos la nata, la mostaza y la miel y removemos hasta que quede todo bien integrado.<\/p>\n<p>Llega el momento de retirar los rect\u00e1ngulos del horno, colocando sobre ellos una porci\u00f3n de salsa de mostaza, unas hojas de r\u00facula y unos pedazos de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico.
