La lista es larga, pero entre los m\u00e1s populares no se pueden dejar de nombrarse hierba de lim\u00f3n (lemongrass); cortezas de lima, lim\u00f3n, naranja, pomelo o dragonfly; hojas de menta; pimienta negra; jengibre o nuez moscada. Perfecto. Ya sabemos que especias utilizar\u2026 \u00bf<a title=\"Experiencia de cata gin tonic con jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tucortadordejamon.com\/experiencias\/cata-gintonic-jamon-iberico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nos apuntamos ahora algunos consejos acerca de c\u00f3mo utilizar cada uno de ellas<\/a>?.<\/p>\n<p>Empecemos pues con la hierba de lim\u00f3n, que habr\u00e1 de ser vertida en la ginebra despu\u00e9s de pelada, cortada en finos tallos y troceada. Su uso aporta un potente aroma a lim\u00f3n\u2026incluso superior al que nos dar\u00e1 la propia corteza del lim\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El segundo ingrediente de nuestro listado es la corteza de c\u00edtrico.\u00a0 Aqu\u00ed, dependiendo del gusto personal de cada cual, lim\u00f3n \u2013m\u00e1s \u00e1cido\u2013, naranja \u2013m\u00e1s dulce\u2013 o pomelo, \u2013m\u00e1s amargo\u2013,\u00a0 se usar\u00e1 uno u otro El dragonfly, por su parte, nos proporcionar\u00e1 un toque fresco m\u00e1s bals\u00e1mico a nuestra bebida.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfY el jengibre? Pues lo primero de todo ser\u00e1 saber que tendremos que comprarlo fresco (lo secaremos nosotros mismos y lo rallaremos justo antes de servirlo). Se emplear\u00e1 en dosis peque\u00f1as, usando tan s\u00f3lo una pizca. En la copa nos dar\u00e1 un toque seco, m\u00e1s especiado y picante.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n toca hablar de la pimienta, que podr\u00e1 ser negra, verde o jamaicana. Con s\u00f3lo dos granos por gin tonic, que ser\u00e1n aplastados contra los hielos antes de echar el l\u00edquido, se conseguir\u00e1n reforzar los toques picantes que, ya de por si, lleva la ginebra.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfY qu\u00e9 decir de la hoja de menta o la nuez moscada? Pues que la primera, con s\u00f3lo emplear una hoja, permite reforzar los matices bals\u00e1micos presentes en algunas ginebras.
